Our Story

Our story begins in 2023, when we started to think about how care is going to evolve when delivered by humans and AI together. 

We quickly realized that the best place to start and show the value of our technology is by working with care providers who engage with health consumers on a daily basis and lack the operations platform to deliver proper longitudinal care at scale.

We teamed up with an experienced technology team from the healthcare and computational neuroscience worlds to build the world's first Care Operations Memory that is built for the human + AI era to deliver longitudinal, goal-driven care at scale.
